"Tap To Call" Phone Service question
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

I'd like to set up a Mobile Site where the "Tap To Call" button phones a "Phone Service" THEN...phones my customer. This is so I can COUNT the number of calls going to my customer from the Tap-To-Call button.

I've misplaced the info on "Phone Services" that do this. It's a "service" In-Between the Tap-To-Call and customer's phone.

Anyone know of this service?...or how I'd go about finding it?

Thanks,
Don Alm

WOW! A buddy told me about the exact "Phone Transfer" service I'm looking for. It's called ....CallFire: Cloud IVR, Voice Broadcast , Cloud Call Center, Toll Free Phone Numbers, Local Phone Numbers, Voice APIs and Cloud Telephony

Here's how I'll be using this service;

I place QR Code Ads in Hotel Rooms where room guests can scan the Code and up comes a "Town Restaurant" Directory on their Mobile Device.

Hotel Guests;
1) Have Mobile Devices
2) Are HUNGRY

Up comes a "Directory" of Restaurant Mobile Sites. These sites are in Alphabetical Order according to type of Cuisine (BBQ, Family Dining, French, Italian etc....and especially PIZZA)

Each restaurant has their own Phone # on the Tap-To-Call button. The Call goes first to Call Fire where it is "logged in"...then sent to my customer's phone.

Each call will also have what's known as a "Whisper Feature". When my customer picks up the phone, a short message is played ("Hi...this is a call from Advantage Marketing!" Then the connection is made.)

So...my customers are REMINDED...with each call....that their Ad is WORKING. (Powerful stuff for keeping clients)

And each month I get a Print-Out of how many calls were made to my Client's Phone Numbers (My CallFire numbers)....so I can prove how many calls they're getting...and...either bill them per Call or a Flat Rate.

TERRIFIC!

Let's see now....20 restaurants per town paying $250 per month = $5,000 A MONTH PER TOWN!

What if I set up 10 Towns?

Holy Camoly! That's $50,000 PER MONTH!!!!

WELL WORTH WORKING ON!

Don Alm.....who just presented this Forum with a "Million Dollar" idea

Midasman, you are using the Numbers and Tracking feature of Callfire? You rent a phone number from them and program that into the phone call button then that number redirects to the restaurant? Am I following you correctly?

Just use 12voip.com You can redirect and the calls are stated since you pay a cent a minute...

Local access number costs you 1 dollar if I'm correct. Have them since a long time so not sure about pricing now. You can even use them for SMS marketing if twillio not available.
