I have some Mobile site and App questions that I was hoping that some of you may know the answers to.

I want to create simple mobile landing pages for realtors with a click to call button. I found an awesome WSO offering what I need to build them.

I would like to package this as an App that the realtor can give to his/her customers to be installed on a phone.

I want the main app icon (the icon you see when you first visit your apps screen) to be the icon that I designed with the realtor package and when someone clicks on the icon, it automatically goes to the mobile landing page that I created.

Here are my questions:

1. All the free app builders that I have previewed don't really facilitate what I'm trying to do, so how do I do this?
2. I'm thinking about offering this as a one-time buy for $99. Besides hosting, will I have any other recurring costs?
3. Should I offer this as a monthly plan for $29 rather than a one-time buy? I'm only asking simply because I don't know what the standard has been or is currently being offered.

I am a mobile developer. I have created an ICE app that can be resold to Hosptials. Check out the "Sherman ICE app" in iTunes. Essentaily you develop a templated app for then customize the app with graphics for each new hospital. You can charge much more then 99 for the app
