Does anyone know how i can build an mobile optimized survey? Or a contact form in multiple steps? I need to have couple of fields in the 1st Step(like name, email, phone) and on the second step i need to have people enter some details about their problems, chose some products , than if a certain product is chosen the survey has a second field that displays the pricing options for that product.I would also like to be able to have people add another problem of theirs and chose a second, third product from the list, than when they finish choosing what they need a thank you page should appear and all the form/survey details should be sent to my email address and if possible to multiple email addresses(2-3) Does anybody know how i could do a form/survey like that? Possible for free? Thanks |

If you're looking for a free option - not sure if survey monkey is mobile optimised but worth a look. Why don't you get a programmer to make for you? Wouldn't cost that much to do. |

SurveyMonkey Help Center - Surveys can be answered media devices like iPhones. We don't have a full mobile version, but are working towards this in the future. Another option is to use an autoresponder such as Aweber. The built in web form builder could easily be used to create your survey and form. Then when people submit the form it will all be stored in your autoresponder. Awebers webforms can be made mobile compliant with one simple line of code. | |
