Its against Google policy to do that...... but you can use adMob (google owns it)

adMob is the adsense for Mobile Apps.... even WAP apps

Admob is pretty much adsense for mobile (hence the name)

The mobile version of adsense is called adMobs and it is also owned by Google. You can check this site for more information on it. AdMob -- monetize and promote your mobile apps with ads ? Google Ads

Well i don't think its possible to use adsense on your mobile website. There is another mobile version for it called admob so you might want to try it.
