Does anyone know of an easy way to add a local radio stream to a mobile website?

If the radio station has some sort of live feed you can try an iframe to embed it right in your mobile site.

This may or may not be a workable solution for what you are trying to do but its best to see what streams the radio station has and see if you can work with it in a mobile environment.

Kevin is spot on with his answer.

For Wordpress, I use the haiku (audio) plugin (add shortcode with stream URL) and it works great. Have been using it on a mobile website without issue.

Thanks Kevin. The station is using Liquid Compass to stream their station. I would like to have an Icon on the home page of my mobile directory for visitors to be able to listen to our local station (KVYN) from their mobile device.

If anyone knows of a player that I can embed on a page that I can set to play only a specified station that would be great.

Hey thanks for the help but sadly I have tried that. Of coarse it works from a desktop, but when I click the link on my page from my phone i get an error message "unable to load player config file" The site is html5

Is that the actual stream url? I tried adding that stream link to a native android app that has a radio player in it (using apps-builder.com) but it does not play there either.
