how to track jump-tap trafiic ?

hello everyone

start to use jumptap last week
and i want to truck my traffic.
I realized that this platform use something
call MACROS.

can anyone give me an Example on
how mt URL target destination should look like ?

so after quick math i see that most of
my Conversion came from this parameters:

now - how can i found out which jump-tap categories Represent by this numbers ?
