For example, I searched for "sms legislation uk" for the United Kingdom and I found the following two resources: Electronic mail (Regulations 22 and 23) - ICO UK Email & SMS Mobile Marketing Law/Legislation You might even try contacting communication authorities in that country to get the most up to date information. | |
