I read a lot about mobile being slow, but I would like to hear what the average Internet / Mobile speeds are in your area. I am experiencing problems with my Internet connection, it has slowed from a dismal 1.5 MBPS to 0.13 MBPS... virtually unusable ( this is landline ) I read about Mobile having download speeds of 4.5 MBPS , even up to 7.5MBPS, |

My Actual Computer Internet downloads (from torrents, or places like Apple or Adobe, where they have very good servers), at around 2 - 3 Mbps, again, not sure what the connection speed is. We pay about $160 / Month for Internet up here though (no phone or TV included).

I just checked here with the speedtest.net app and on my 3G connection, got 0.07 Mbps down and 0.02 up first try, second got me .07 down and .92 up and third try was .10 down and .03 up I don't often have need to check so I don't know if that's normal, or if wireless just sucks today in anticipation of the monster storm about to hit the east coast. In any event, you've got me beat!

For internet, I'm fortunate to reside in an area where Verizon FIOS (United States) is available and usually get speeds very close to the advertised 75Mbps (I think they have up to 150Mbps) on speedtest.net. For everyday stuff it's overkill, but it makes a crazy difference for large downloads. |

Those numbers are still terrible, but with almost 24Mbps down and just over 4Mbps up on the cable connection and wifi most places I go, not having 4g really doesn't bother me much.

I have had a 4G for about a year now - just ran speedtest.net app and maxed it out am getting 22.23Mps down and 6.56Mps - thats incredible when you think about it- that's actually quicker than my desktop cable connection! (18.93Mps up/1.92Mps down) - i use mine as hotspot all the time for my ipad and laptop. Really looking forward to the next 18 months when these type of speeds become the norm - it will have without a doubt a positive impact on mobile web development. |

I have Sprint 4G in NYC. I get about 3-4 Mbps down and 1.5 Mbps up. Verizon 4G is a lot faster here though. At home I get about 20 Mbps down and 0.6 Mbps up. Posted from Warrior Forum Reader for Android |

I'm using 3G Mobile Broadband. Just using USB Stick Modem. And the connection speed is 2 Mbps in Average. But it will be worst in the end of every month. I pay for only $12 every month for 6GB quota. |
