I'm building my offline consulting site out today and so far I'm offering mobile websites, SMS and QR Codes.

I'm going back and forth on Mobile Apps as I'm not sure exactly how popular these are with local businesses yet.

Is there anything else mobile related that I should be offering?

I'm also adding an additional services tab that includes: rep management, SEO and web design

Mobile applications have very nice repute for large industries and popular businesses, but apps may not be really beneficial for non-popular small businesses, prefer to offer them services of mobile websites development. Since you want to add more to your offerings, add mobile advertising and website promotion to your services, it will be really beneficial for your business.

You could possibly sell mobile website templates and software available as WSOs through warrior plus and jvzoo for those that want to do it themselves.

Mobile Website design is easy to sale. Small business get limited budget, so native Mobile applications may not be easy sale.

mobile services is a big business these days people want to see an app created for their business specially if its an ecommerce business site like amazon. The best way to get clients is to have some sites for showcase and also writing to them or contacting them through email or snail mail

I second you on this point. For small local businesses, I think a mobile website would do.
