MobileBizBox - Anyone using it?
Share on:
fb share twitter share gplus share more share

Just wondering if anyone here is using the latest version of MobileBizBox from Enrique and Mario.. Do you still feel it was the best choice for you after using it for a while?

There isn't any thread here I could find about it, (Sorry if I missed one...), and not much other than the actual website turned up on a Google search.

Certainly the Squeeze Mobi WSO's seem well received, and rather than piece together the many services associated with mobile, I like the idea of an integrated platform.

Anyone else want to suggest a different single source mobile services provider working well? Dave Iago's system v6 SMS platform looks good, but is very much a work in progress..

What are you using now, and why do you stay with them?

Thanks!

It's not actually a Squeeze Mobi product.

It's a product created by Mario Brown and Brian Anderson.

The Squeeze Mobi guys were simply promoting it after their recent launch.

I have tried so many mobile website builders but this is by far the easiest one yet. This really is the fastest way to create site that are high quality and have amazing inbuilt functions such as -
Text Message
Mobile Coupons
Premium Mobile Websites
Mobile Landing Pages
QR Codes
Appointment Manager
Conduct a Poll
Text to Win
Questionnaire
Auto Responders
Vehicle Listing
Property Listing
Text To Screen
Birthday Wishes
Loyalty Program
Kiosk Builder
Keywords
Scheduled Tasks
Upload Contacts
Create an Opt-in page
Connect Facebook
Connect Twitter
I'm just using the free 30day trial but I'm very impressed with it so far. Here is a site I quickly built in half an hour. Home
It still needs some work th majority of it is done. There is no coding what so ever with this system its all done with drag and drop.
Try the 30 days trial and test it, you will be impressed.

I am so glad to hear you're finding MobileBizBox to be useful. Our mission is to provide the best platform solutions for mobile.

I love the icons on your mobile site, they really add to the tabs. The only thing is the background might be a bit distracting, but overall, I really like the look and feel of the site.

And you've got the important elements in place - click to call, tap to email...

Nice job!!

I'm using myMobiAdmin and have been very happy with it. In my case I build mobile sites I give away for free, so I don't require anything very complicated.

Hi,

If you don't mind my asking, if you build mobile sites that you give away for free, how do you make money?

I looked at several mobile platforms before i chose one including going direct with lime (which cost $300 a month).
i found 3 re-sellers that use the lime platform.
Brickandmobile Over $147/mo plus 2 cents a text
MobileBizBox $177.00/mo text ?
Mobuzz is only $69.00/mo 1 cent a text

If your gonna use the lime platform it was pretty clear for me, pay the lowest price with the lowest per text message price.

and that was Mobuzz.net | MoBuzz Mobile Media Solutions

He charges for hosting per month, more than likely.

OK I am asking. I am testing the waters and would like to get some customers and outsource a little before I get a white label program. I will need at least 20 a month to break even. So I want to do a bit of marketing to see what traction I can get.

Cheers!

I've never personally been a fan of services that charge monthly fees when there are so many other alternatives out there that don't. It just adds unnecessary overheads to your business.

Agreed, I usually try to stay away from products/services that charge a monthly recurring fee.

But, there is an upside. Usually with products/services that DO charge a monthly fee, you get better support, more upgrades, etc. in the long-run.

To many times have I purchased a product/service that was a one-time fee and they support vanishes and it's useless in a couple of months.

I am an early member and current of MBB. It is NOT expensive if you have paying clients. This service is not for people who have visions of grandeur that they will soon have a profitable business. If you tried to get the exact same services being offered individually, you would pay $200-300 per month and not have the training, FB group, sales resources... to help go with it.

Also bundled are a certain number of 'free' services. So your first 3 apps and first 5 mobile sites (cannot remember the number for sure) are included in your monthly fee. Again, just get $50 a month hosting from your first 3 app customers and your whole nut is covered.

I have not even mentioned the short code SMS service with 3000+ messages a month free and only .01 (yes, 1 cent) per message afterwards.

I am as guilty as everyone else of purchasing anything that looks like I might use it some day. I have at least 4 different mobile website platforms, 3 different SMS platforms, 3 different membership site platforms, multiple App platforms... One off costs are great, but how many themes, plugins, keyword research tools et al. quit working?

Only consider MBB if you have paying clients. Otherwise, stick to the one offs for learning the ropes and dreaming of fulfillment.
