Yep. Alert Rocket is the one I would recommend for push. I haven't used it myself but have heard good things about it. |

OK you are NOT asking about push messages. I have not seen a desktop or service to send bulk whatsapp messages. It looks like its just a mobile to mobile chat program. Even using group chat is limited to 30 people in the group. |
