Any ideas on what can be included?

We are currently preparing a complete WSO for the SMS industry. So far we have several videos that talk a person through the process of creating a SMS marketing company, infographics, software to display actual sites as they appear on various model smartphones, and a complete package of custom graphics, along with a report on using Social Media in the process.
In addition, we have a rather in-depth ebook as part of the package that discusses various methods currently being used in SMS Marketing campaigns.
Our question is, what else do those of you who are interested in SMS Marketing as a viable business like to see in a "total" product - basically a business-in-a-box?
Any ideas would be appreciated.

How about how to actually sell it?

There are tons of SMS WSOs covering lots of ground but eventually a person has to go sell the service to a client. Offline businesses don't care about WSOs, or SMS ebooks, social media, or infographics or anything else for that matter. They just want to get more business.

Just show them a simple and effective way to get more businesses using SMS as a viable marketing method. Very few businesses ever build a list of people who are already willing to do business with them. Show them they can reach lots of people in an instant with a special offer using SMS marketing. That will resonate much better than all the other stuff you throw at them.

Just let your clients, your users or viewers come to know what all benefits they can get from your sms marketing service. Rather make a separate place for " who all can be benefited from sms ". You may be using various softwares in this process, so make a coloum to show the various software solutions which you provide like for example; you can list: bulk sms software, short code software, sms software, sms marketing, and so on.
NOTE: make a definite note to have a sms gateway where DNC/ DND Mobile Numbers registered at NDNC (National Do Not Call) registry are blocked automatically so as to avaoid any legal trouble while sening bulk promotional sms.
* Do make this mobile site compatible to all mobile platforms like android, iPhone, iPad etc.

We are certainly including how to sell - using our approach which has been successful even in a "down economic period."
We are planning on providing the software and marketing materials that we have utilized in building our business over the years along with what we have discovered to be the best ways to approach potential customers. I couldn't agree more that just providing stuff without implementation approaches is pointless.

I will be sure to include the NDNC info mentioned - good point. In addition, we will be adding information on how to find out state laws governing SMS marketing.

Both of you have provided invaluable help. Thanks for the feedback.
