Great article!! I found this part most interesting Many mobile sites or apps simply don’t work. Users who take action on an offer or recommendation are often sent to a site or app that, at best, doesn’t meet their mobile needs or, at worst, doesn’t work correctly. Users have extremely high expectations of mobile’s technical competence. Just goes to show how important it is to have a premium mobile website! |
