Hey guys, I have a few niche coupon sites and they are getting a decent amount of mobile traffic to them (around 500 mobile hits a day during the week between the 3 of them and over 1,000 on weekends). The CPA offer I currently use to monetize them only works on PCs and not mobile devices so I'm looking for a way to monetize this mobile traffic. I'll be honest, I have no experience with mobile what so ever, so I don't even know where to start or what types of offers would be good. I'm thinking something like Adsense that pays per click would be best, since the traffic isn't nearly enough to make much off impressions. I got my Adsense account banned so that's obviously not an option, but is there something similar? Or does anyone know of any offers that may fit well for people that are searching for coupons on their cell phones? I'm open to any ideas. Thanks. |

promote email opt in form for mobile visitors and/or opt in to receive occasional relevant text messages.

Thanks New Paradigm. I was thinking of going the email route too, but also looking for a way to monetize them on their first visit to the site. Since the visitors are looking for coupons at that exact moment (probably in the store with their phone getting ready to check out), there's no telling if and when they will come back. Do you have any ideas for that? |
