Since Facebook mobile does not show Facebook app tabs, I can't figure out how to reward people for liking a page on Facebook if they do it on their phones. I see people suggesting scanning a QR code (for example) to like or share a page, and rewarding customers with a coupon or discount after they like your page. How do you do this? I know how to setup a like gate on the main page. Just can't figure out how this would work on mobile. |

One solution would be to use the Facebook Graph API and query for the likes of the user. You will get a list of all his likes. Then you just need to check if your Facebook page or website is in this list. Shouldn't be too difficult if you use the Facebook JavaScript SDK. [APPENDIX] You can actually use the same technique to track for every FB invite your customer has made. (assuming that you have an invite button) |
