Hey, I'm not sure if you guys ever had a same experience as me using BuzzCity. A week ago I run 2 new text Ad campaigns and the exposures were very very little but the clicks is like 200% more than exposures! I raise this issue to support team and they were asking questions back. No refund yet. Now when I tried again today hopefully, with 2 new banner campaigns, again! .. now I have 12 exposures and 250 clicks! What shall I do?! This costs me already about $50.00 (I guess). |

Per your question, they will answer you: "As we get the exposures from the publisher sites, so it might have the latency before we actually get the data. So it might result the high CTR or Click Amount is more than Exposure. Please wait for about 30 minutes ~ 1 hour and refresh your spending report." Also, if you check their traffic, you will find lots of their traffic come from proxy. If you ask them this kind of question and provide proofs to them (show them traffic come from which ip and hosting company) and they will answer you: "There's nothing wrong about Hosting/Proxy companies, since any users could be using a proxy server to browse Internet, and we will serve the ads as long as the targeting match." Buzzcity is right, users could be using a proxy server to browse Internet. But It is hardly possible 300 out 312 visitors come from proxy server (in my case). |

I'm not sure they're a scam but the traffic quality is awful from western countries. I read people saying they have better luck with the network targeting Asian countries.

Yeah, I have heard a lot about scams. But I never believe till I tried. Until now, they haven't replied me anything. They are quite like hell LOL. I chose BuzzCity because the bid is cheap. But I forget the truth that cheap is never best. I have no refund. And I have $20.00 left in BuzzCity. And I choose to leave it just like that. |

Looks like a scam because you can not choose source and block them. You can not use any dynamic tokens until MAGIK - "you can block publishers but that would be by using the PubID filtering feature, which needs to be activated first. This can only be activated on your account once some minimum requirements have been met. These requirements are an average daily spend of $50 over the past 7 days with an ads balance of $200 OR alternatively without any historic spending just a $3,000 ads balance" So if you want contact them - 1.ask him about skype support. 2.ask give you manger from you timezone. 3.contact them in skype. If I have no possibility to BLOCK traf SOURCE - LOOKS like a SCAM! In Buzzcity - You MUST SPEND MONEY - no questions, no choosing traf source - in my opinion shitty buz style. Spend 25 - Earn some money - but less then 25. Go to other network. |

Honestly I spent like a thousand already in BuzzCity because I wanted to master my first traffic source. And I requested them to add skype long time ago already, seems that there are no feedback. Question is, if I am able to block the traffic, is it worth to start again with BuzzCity, filter the publisher IDs. Or should I just try LeadBolt right away? In comparison, using BuzzCity with feature filtering publisher IDs and using LeadBolt, which is better if I have budgets? Let say the offer I would like to run is targeted to Europe and UK. Regards. |
