Cookies in mobile device OS ?

If a mobile device user clicks on one of my affiliate banners and visits a website, are cookies taken by the device operating system ?

What do you mean by that? Cookies are not OS dependent. They are created and stored by the browser.

If a mobile visitor clicks on your affiliate link, then a cookie will be stored if the visitor has not disabled cookies on his mobile browser.
