I don't know of anything that does it I suppose this would be easy enough to script... fetch a site's home page, parse for viewport meta, and/or load stylesheets and then parse them for media queries.

Mobile Renegade does what you're looking for:

I just bought it yesterday after searching for the same thing. It scrapes yellowbook and yellow pages and pulls data from them including website, co. name, phone, email, etc., and even runs it through a test to see if the site is mobile and has a column for that too.

Not 100% (nothing like this is) but will get you pretty close.

I do not know of software that does what you ask about , however there is a method which you may find helpful.

Go to http://Google.com/m/ that gives you a search page optimized for mobile.
Search for any business category in a given location and the results page will show a cell phone icon attached to a business listing which has an existing mobile site.

I get this error when I click that link:

404. That’s an error.

The requested URL /m/ was not found on this server. That’s all we know.
