Will we eventually see sms versions of autoresponders become the next list building craze?

Do you think we will see sms type autoresponder sites like aweber and getresponse but for sms based campaigns and list management become popular as we become more mobile dependent?

Do sites like this exist already?

Excellent idea. Most people have a mobile so it's another marketing tool.

It's a good idea if you can do it without the 1cent or more per message cost...

I get my email on my phone.
I read my email on my phone.
Email messages are longer.

SMS is great for coupons and short messages. But for lists where you are sending them value via articles and such email is still better.

Email is mobile as well so you don't need to change the media just the layout to be mobile friendly.
