Selling super cheap mobile sites with landing page?

Hi everyone-
I'm a college student looking to make some extra money by selling basic mobile websites to small businesses and restaurants.

I have a reseller plan (with DudaMobile) that has paid for itself with a few referrals, but I want to see if I can start getting some online signups through a simple landing page.

I am not trying to compete with any developers here selling $1000+ mobile solutions - really just trying to get simple sites up and running quickly, cheaply, and get some recurring billing rolling in each month.

I worked with a mobile marketing startup for a few years and sold custom mobile web solutions/native apps to large real estate firms - I can sell the need for mobile, but am wondering if a 24 hour turnaround at a super low rate can sell.

Questions for the community:
1. Driving traffic to a landing page obviously doesn't sell mobile - businesses that sign up know they need a mobile presence, and see this as the easiest/cheapest/lowest risk option. Is there enough of this low hanging fruit to get a few dozen signups a month?

2. What are some offline ways I can get people to sign up? Is it just banging the phones? Should I just build some of these sites and show them a mockup?

An observation on your landing age please: You offer the share to another business for 5 off of monthly bill fine print says max 10 off monthly bill. But it doed not say it is only for one time for each referral. Be careful be very explicit or some egocentric business owner will try to nail you for 5 bucks of the entire subscription.

Marketing for this: you could offer businesses free mobile site for 60 or 90 days if they let you post a flyer or a table tent in their business with a QR Code on it for your own landing page.

If you are asking about the traditional way of advertising, it's definitely about posting your promotion on flyers, posters, and magazines. Don't forget to add there where they can access the app and of course, your website address. And as mentioned above, remember to provide a QR code so they can access the app automatically.

It depends how much you want it.

Anyone can sell stuff if they really want to.

Go and do it and don't give up.

Also, good observation about the discount I am offering, I will clean that up.

Great landing page. I did try to add free mobile trial like you did and it comes out that 4 out of 5 business owners that I create a free mobile site never upgraded to paid or wanted to continue a paid subscription. The main reasons was they where "playing around" not seriously interested even with the big heavy marketing materials promoting the benefit of a mobile site. So I don't want to waste my time and effort, I simply removed that free stuff and get business owners that want a mobile site and pay!

Also I remember that a f...k guy contacted me I went to his office (2 hours drive) for a demo because I built his mobile website for free and he ask me to meet him because he was interested for a paid subscription. Then I demo him and he was like wow, then I told him the price that is affodable (around $450.00 for 5 pages) then he replied me I take it if you sell me for $100.00! He then argue that he can build his own mobile site with duda mobile and unlimited pages for that price. I said my work have nothing to do with duda, it is customized to your business and is unique, it gives a professional look to your business identity compare to duda where you can see similar templates all around the world. Thenhe insist again and walk out of his office door living me alone while he reply, ok I'm getting a coffee, do you want a cup too? When I come back you have time to think about my offer $100 or I'm not interested.
You guess my reaction: I stand up and say: no thank you; leave his office with anger.

Yep, sometimes doing business is Beautiful but sometimes you land on these junk prospects and it's awful! Now I can tell you hundred of these stories because I'm always out chasing business owners and really saw all kind of people I could write a book.
