I am not Java Developer but need to make android apps, how?

I know that android marketing are going as a skyrocket, I know about the seatlecloud and i used it too bt didn't satisfied as much :-(

Is there any other website from where i can make good and professional android application :-)

Use skybuilder - it has an easy platform to create the app and has push notification and admob abilitise - it works really well

You can go for a new software tool called HyperNext Android Creator(HAC) which will help you create some real good android apps even without the Java Script knowledge.
Also Go through the extremely essential book "App Invetor" which will help you make android apps in a much easier way.
