Mobile offers creation - Need Help :)

Hi guys,

Me and my partner are affiliating mobile offers for a while through media buying and I kind'a feel like I no longer want to promote other people's mobile content offers from affiliate networks, I want to create my own now.

Just to make sure I'm clear enough, I am talking about these mobile offers that ask you to just fill out you phone number and you will be paying a daily/weekly/monthly fee for a certain service.

As far as I can think of it, there are two main parts of making such offers:

1. Content - the service that the customer receives for the paid registration
2. Charging platform - a way to charge through the user's phone carrier.

Now as for the Content part I can handle, but the charging is the part where I need some help

Does anyone knows if there are companies that have the ability to charge from different mobile carriers, or do I have to reach each cellular company separately?
If there are, do they work worldwide or each one specialize on its country?

Are there any additional parts I'm missing in order to create such offers?
