Then, the first step is getting one site mobile compatible (responsive).
Your site content also needs be more lite.

Hi,

A good start would be to seek out companies that offer clicks from mobile devices, and then sign up to a CPA network that runs mobile offers.

That would set you on the right track for PPC campaigns on mobile.

Note that Adwords also has a section for targeting mobile devices.

Mobile marketing is growing as more and more people stay online through their mobile devices. I have read several articles that claim surveys that in the next few years, mobile internet will dominate. I totally agree with this since mobile devices are more convenient plus most people search the internet for phone numbers, maps and directions, and other contact information and they can easily do this on their mobile devices.

Mobile marketing is different in this world because it makes for PERSONALIZED ADVERTISING. About time huh? Some people are going to hate it, as it seems like a lot of companies are doing a lot of data mining through mobile phones, BUT other consumers that like suggestions are going to love it!

Advertising companies spent a lot of money trying to figure out how they can personalize their TV ads to each consumer's home. After long tests and headaches, they finally gave up. Now mobile is here, and since each person is assigned one phone number... They are able to market to these specific phone numbers.

Small businesses love mobile marketing because it allows them to put their brand in front of their customer's face each and every day. Look around you when you are in public... How many people's faces are buried in their phones? Some people don't even know where they are walking when they are texting away!

It is a great advertising medium, and is exciting as well for us as internet marketers. I can't wait to figure out how to rake tons and tons of profits through mobile, as I know it is going to be the next big thing!

Do searches on Google and learn my friend. When you ask the right questions I believe the asnwers come to you in several ways. That question you just asked is the lazy mans approach, it's the same as the dudes on here trying to get rich off adsense and drop shipping.

There are some common ways to advertise via mobiles – SMS marketing, placing ads on the web browsers and applications, sending PUSH-notifications, QR codes, location based services etc.

So, you just have to choose which of the ways more appropriate to you and start working on it.

It's very simple, you just need to make your site/blog accessible with mobile. You need to make it fast for mobile users. There are lot of things in Mobile marketing, you need to dig deeper.

artijain1900, you can PM me for more details.... Well its different because in mobile marketing, the outreach to consumers are extended everywhere. People bring their mobile everywhere they go. You can create mobile coupons, landing pages, demo sites. You can also give away freebies like sales and marketing materials, etc. It's basically bringing the desktop computer experience on the go. To those of you asking what mobile marketing is, or how you can use it, you can tell from the answers that there are many aspects to it. Let me ask you these questions:
1. What is your business segment?
2. Which market are you trying to reach?
3. What message are you wanting to give them?
4. What results are you looking for (what do you want them specifically to do)?

Your first thing is defining your market and your message. Without this it will be difficult to have any success with marketing regardless of channel. Once you have established these two things it will be easier to evaluate which channels are most appropriate to your business, and how to use those channels effectively.

If you are looking to get into mobile marketing as a vendor/provider, that's a totally different thing. There's plenty of services out there that let's you sign up as a reseller or affiliate, with or without a setup fee. But before you dive into it, I suggest like others on this thread to read up on various methods and best practices.
