How do i promote app with media buying?

Hi i am new to mobile marketing

recently i get some CPA offer and is wondering if there are any site
which can buy ads for it.
Can anyone suggest any quality site for it?

There are lots of mobile ad networks - just Google for that and you'll find many to choose from.

Personally, I mostly use;

Admoda
BuzzCity
InMobi
Millenial
