Mobile Emulator or Mock Up Software that can read Flash??

Hey Warriors!

I was just curious if anyone knows of a mobile website emulator or mock up software that can display what a flash website REALLY looks likes. Or in the case of the mock up, can actually read through the flash to make a Static mobile website muckup?

So far all the emulators I've used don't show what really comes up on an iphone screen and I think its more powerful for a business to see that blank screen with the little flash box as opposed to a smaller version of what they see on their desktop. And having a software that could actually make a mock up for them would make things a whole lot easier and save a whole lot of time. Thanks in advance!

Just be careful when doing this. It was ok a year or two ago when iPhones were the major smartphone in the market. The reality is though that iPhone is now being outsold by Android which means the average person using an Android will have no problem viewing flash websites. It's only Apple that still blocks flash.

So if you are going to try and use this as a selling point then make sure you make it very clear that it is only on Apple phones. Otherwise your client may have an Android device, check their website and see it's working fine, and think you were lying to them.

Thanks for the tip Will! Any advice on what are some of the best selling points of a mobile site? Since the flash selling point may be dying down a bit, just curious as to what has worked best for you. Thanks again!

Will,

Android may be outselling iPhones but the official Apple Q4 figures for 2012 show 28 million iphone sales alone! (42.5% iphones, 51.5% android source Research Shows Android Top OS, Verizon Top Carrier and Women Upgrading)

I hear what you say about android though. I go on the tact that the flash website cannot be seen on any Apple iphone - I do not mention android. Or you can say that 42% of mobile users cannot see their website.

Dexter.

Yep. I'm not saying you can't use the flash point as Apple still has a huge share of the market (as your figures indicate) but you just want to make sure it's clear that you are referring to Apple devices. I've had a number of my own member using this selling point only to have business owners come back and tell them their site is working fine on their mobile device -- because they were checking on an Android. So it can immediately ruin your reputation if they think you were lying to them for the sake of a sale.

Any online simulator can display a flash page.
