I am needing the ability to send a text message to some small groups in my church with about 10 mobile numbers. I got setup with Twilio but can't seem to get the right instructions on how to send out a group message without being a programmer. I so understand some simple HTML/PHP stuff when it comes to web sites andf I have hosting with Bluehost that I would assume has a PHP environment. I just need to be easily able to create messages and enter the phone numbers and then hit send. Is there an app or plugin maybe that works with Twillio?

Try telerivet.com they have a very easy to use web interface to use twilio. It is free for low volume users. I use it to send hundreds of text messages each week (with two way "conversation" and auto responders. I especially like the fact that it uses "Long code" so the messages appear to come from a local area or a friend. Note.. this is NOT an affiliate link. I receive nothing for disclosing this link. This is purely informational as it has helped me greatly with Twilio. You may also want to check out VIP2text.com. they seem to have a great platform, but only use short codes. |

Another alternative is FrontlineSMS. It's really similar to Telerivet, here you can check the difference between them: https://telerivet.com/page/frontlinesms |
