What's the best wordpress theme to use for a mobile website? I want it to be as simple as possible for my audience to view the content via their mobile device.

I like using a framework called Bootstrap for "responsive" websites which means they work well on PCs and mobiles. The latest version (3) is even designed primarily for mobile use. Wordpress versions include Responsive (from the central Wordpress theme repository) and Shoestrap (from Shoestrap.org) which is much more customisable and more like a blank canvas. Both are free. A lot of people really didn't like the new default theme with WordPress but I've found that it works really well and looks very slick. | |

I think the "best" mobile theme depends on what you're trying to display. Are you looking for a simple theme to use for a local business where there is a tap-to-call button, hours of operation, a few main pages, etc.? Are you looking for a theme to display just blog posts on mobile devices? The more information you provide us, the more we can help point you in the right direction. |
