How to track traffic in Mobile Apps

Hey!

Is there any external way to track registrations of an android app? I need something like a post-pixel that fires to me or a way to check from which sites am I getting traffic.

I do know this could be confusing, but maybe somebody has experience with android apps and buying traffic on networks.

I have no experience tracking mobile apps and maybe someone could help me out with that.

You should have a register form in android application while someone install your application for first time or you shoul dhave something to track an installation by which you can do this

Have not used it specifically but several of the app platforms allow you to use Google Analytics within your apps.

what exactly u are looking for..

are u looking to buy the traffic from paid network and then pass it on for the affiliate network?
