I have 3 iOS apps ready to submit to apple store .mobile.conduit.com has been acting up recently . When app is loading it says "error" never seen this before . It's been happening all week .

Is there anyone familiar with this issue if so? What should I do .

Support takes forever to respond .

Thanks

I would be very careful with working with a company that actively installs spyware/malware via their search tool bars...good luck getting that tool bar removed if you happen to download it...

I second Kevin on this. Conduit is company known for it's bad practices(i.e installing junk toolbars/malwares etc.) So, I would be careful when working with them.

Although, I'm not sure how you're using it, but if you're using it build iOS apps, I highly doubt if apple would accept it. Good Luck

I've also had bad experiences with conduit. we used conduit to publish apps for clients but later we make a switch to other platform. we then request for conduit to release my client's app keystore and password, but conduit is not willing to claiming proprietary code etc.

But any developer will know that keystore is not a proprietary code as this is just a unique code attached to every app as an identifier. As a results, we have to publish a new app for our client and not as an update..... this pisses off my clients and so are we..

I think somehow we have to warn people of the possible issues of using DIY apps building platform like conduit, the problem is with migration...

I have had a lot of troubles with conduit and now I have settled with Mobalon.com. They have excellent customer service and for my last 3 apps on both iOS and Android I have no trouble whatsoever. I like their templates too. You should check them out.
