I’m wondering something. For those that make mobile websites. If you charge customers to make them a mobile website. Who really has ownership? Is the fee to create the mobile site or is it built for them to own? Is this spelled out in the contract prior to making them? I’m just wondering what you guys are doing in regards to the mobile websites. Thanks Keith |

When I make and sell a website (mobile or otherwise) I make it a point of mentioning that they own the entire website "lock stock and barrel". I use this as a selling point - works especially well with locksmiths. I don't use contracts. Every time I've suggested them the customer has cancelled the order. |
