Required suggestion to send bulk text messages from laptop using android mobile

I just want to enhance business marketing by sending bulk sms to global mobile networks from laptop through android mobile. Is there any solution to send bulk sms from Windows installed laptop using android mobile?

I use Telerivet which really does the job for us

There are lots of solutions available for bulk sending but beware of regs -- TextMagic seems to have a decent interface.

Are you looking to just use a webservice to run your campaigns? Or are you a web provider that is need of a gateway provider to deliver your users' messages?

Our SaaS uses Nexmo as a gateway provider, but we really just use their API's to deliver our submissions from our users. Also, we are more about appointment reminders rather than "SMS Marketing Campaigns" like how most view SMS over-web delivery solutions.
