What are your thoughts on this idea. For some businesses that only need a quick cell phone page for the customer to call them fast for a service they need. When running ad words for a key word or set or key words i was thinking i would have a custom wordpress page that is cell responsive but also looks great on a full PC that a ad words paid ad links right to in place of the home page. This custom page could be more of a high end sales page targeting what you know the customer is looking for based on the key words you have the ad set for. This custom page could be much nicer then a home page or a normal cell home page as it is targeting just the customers searching for your key words. Then have a big click here to go see the full site at the bottom so if they want to to see more they can. Is this a good idea to do or not. For example if your sink is leaking water and you need a plumber and do a search and the top ad word site you click on only shows a super nice page saying things like fast 24 hour service call us now and a small amount of other text.. with great eye catching graphics .. I was thinking the turn over for this one page would be much higher then if the customer clicked and found a site they had to read a lot of and search around on before calling and that was not so targeted to what they are looking for. What do you think?? |

I think this sounds like a good idea but you will never know how it may work without trying. I would of course prefer to land on a precise page that gives contact details and important info if I was looking for a service I needed urgently instead of landing on a complicated website.
