Is there targeting by sex, age, income etc. with mobile traffic?

I've never done any mobile, but would like to try. Is it possible to target your audiences by any criteria or is it just spray-and-pray?

It’s always best for you to know your own target and that depends on the type of goods or services that you’re offering. You need to market your business to the people who are possible to get interested about it.

By doing so, you save a lot of time and you get more prospects for your business.

Sorry, this is so general, I am not getting what are you trying to say? I do know my audience, that's why I am trying to find out in a which way mobile traffic can be targeted.
