Facebook CPI

Hi,

Is there any best practices when it comes to facebook and advertising an app? I see that my cost per install is roughly around 2buck even though the app is free it seems that i can't get the price per install below this, does anyone have any suggestion on how to setup a campain to get as low CPI as possible, would you say that facebook option "optimized for installs" is the way to do it or should i do "optimized for clicks"?
