It is possible to make pay per install- ad on blog?

I have few friends whos got very familiar blogs. I would like to put banner ad to their blogs and pay all app downloads that goes with that.
It is possible some way?

Sure it is possible, you need to find nice SW that you think people like to download and is provided by some PPI company as you get already the monetization and banners for this SW.
There are several PPI companies having their own SW.
