Where to buy mobile data

Hi. I am new to Warrior Forum but have been a bit active on other sites for the past year. I am trying to figure out where to buy bulk mobile numbers or email address. I do not spam people or mass communicate with them in anyway shape or form. As a side hobby I work on analytic models with a few friends and this is what the data would be used for.

I have found a few sites and sellers but they all seem a bit sketchy. Would any recommend a reliable source or seller? Feel free to pm me if you like.

Unfortunately (as an advertiser), and luckily (as a mobile, and desktop user), buying mobile numbers / email lists from people is illegal in most countries... this is one of the reasons those people who sell them seems "sketchy" as you said :\
to get emails and phone numbers - you gotta earn them !

No kidding. Huh never heard, not saying you are wrong, but I know of legit organizations and causes that buy 100,000s of records from well knoe firms that you can find articles about in business insider and such. It is a pretty massive industry I would be shocked to learn it is illegal. With that said I personally am priced out when it comes to larger firms because as I said modeling is hobby.

well, in every law there's a gap.... but that just doesn't work in affiliate marketing, you just shouldn't buy lists... you need to "earn" it !

moreover, from experience, in order to make your list active... and convert... you need to build some trust... and just buying emails, then sending them an offer, wouldn't convert that good....

Thank you for the tip and I would agree just blasting emails to random people is bad but again I am in no way going to try to sell or offer anyone anything. I would be willing to sign whatever to the affect to.

Better stop searching for such database and they have said, earn it yourself.
First it's true that it's not legal to sell people's data. Only in the agreements where most users do not read, there can be a gap to share their information. This can cause to make it legal to share. But better don't buy because the risk of being scammed is high. They can give you a list of email address where you don't know what are they interested in and you can't get a guarantee. This can cause them to report your mail address as a spammer. It's same with the phone numbers. Better try to earn your own list and then you can make a list swap with someone else. Or you also can offer to pay to send your mesaage from someone who has a list. To be sure of this, find a list builder about your related subject, than opt in, than send a private message.

You can find databases for email and phone numbers, but it does not worth it. They sell it to you where you get very low revenue or even not. Most are scamming or the data they give you is not value. You will only be out of your money spent.
