Hello Warriors,

I'm currently building a marketplace of consumers intent on booking home services. It's sorta like lead gen, but more of a direct dispatch of home service pros to buyers. The difficulty has been growing in tight geo's. We are like Uber, so we hope to grow like Uber, but our bookings don't come as frequent.

Does anyone have experience growing user bases in tight GEO ranges and just iOS? How does Next Door do it or Uber do it?
