Mobile marketing is effective, but, as always, there are various things to consider. A new cool app or game will get lots of conversions, even when the payout is not so big ($1 or below). And the number of installs will be very impressive. On the other hand, a game that has been on the market for a while will not perform even at $3 payout. I'm talking from experience here =)
