Mobile traffic sources in Europe

I was wondering what are recommended mobile traffic sources with traffic in Europe.

I was looking for maybe TapIt or Leadbolt but can't find information about how much traffic they have in different area's. Someone any experience with these?

Or other recommendations?

I want to buy ads to drive traffic to CPA offers.

the best is google admob/mobile adwords

for other is buzzcity, but low volume traffic for europe region

Admob is advisable, you could try Adiquity too.. they've got some decent traffic in European Market
