Buzzcity Removal of Expired Advertising Credits

Hi,
Does anybody has exprience in BC Removal of Expired Advertising Credits ?.

My money stayed in dating type account since Aug 2013 and now BC took my money as reason expired credit. I tried to promote in dating account before and they didn't aproved my
campaigns. So, I have to open a new account type Adult. They didn't allow transfer money from my dating account to new adult account.

Today, I spent the whole day to do everything (banners, landing pages etc) and wanted to promote in my dating account. My money GONE!

I searched by Google and didn't found this issue.

Contact to them for credit transfering back. I've never heard about that before.

I contacted them, They said it is BC's Rules.

Buzzcity is a scam network.

They are interested in taking people's money.That's about it. I can't think of another network where your money "expires". What a joke.

Oh boy, I've just finished my Buzz city case study and now this...

Why would they even put that in the rules? It is your money!
