advice on who can build my site?

i want to become a reseller. i want to market SMS campaigns to local businesses/organizations..

i spoke to trumpia and im ok with their up front costs. but have no idea where to look for a designer who has built sites like this and can integrate the reseller platform (trumpias ATI ?)

any advice? thanks

im going to start in the nj/philly metro area because thats where i live. but i want to take this to any market that would be receptive to the concept. that may morph into small schools in the midwest, or a couple personal trainers in miami or even churches in baltimore.

just curious as to why you asked where i would market this? any small business/organization that has a word to instantly reach its community/customer base is the "market"...

the reason is, there are some SMS platforms that are only limited in the UK, US and Canada. I have some friends in Australia who wanted to use the same platform but they can't because it is just for the abovementioned.
