CPA with link locker on mobile

Hi Warriors,

I'm searching for good CPA network, with high CR, payouts, etc. and most important - is fully mobile optimized. What I mean by "fully optimized"? Not only link locker (I'm using that), but also is only displaying mobile optimized offers.

I'm currently on MGCash, but it's not performing well, I have over 300 clicks, and only 5 leads, I think, that's not my fault, but offers.

Could you recommend some trusted networks without scrubbing, and with mobile targeted offers?

actually, some global network is not good like local. The network is strong when you know source traffic which get click and your ads display on.
You should look for local and know the list of application they own.
Then you decide to run.
In fact, targeting is one of main point such as region, language, interest, age...
