adsense CPC - reasons for decrease

I had stable CPC of just £0.08 for several months.

Approaching August the CPC had lowered to stable £0.07

In 2nd August the CPC knocked down to £0.03, it then went up a bit.

The coverage went down aswell same time, But the number of impressions and clicks went up quite a bit.

Since then the coverage has gone back up but the CPC has day by day crept down to £0.01 over about 2-3 weeks.

I have not changed my wesbite where the ads were displayed. This was a mobile website.

This has significantly decreased earnings and am now thinking of leaving adsense and going for CPA instead. But i like using adsense as its a case of setup the ad an leave it running. Whereas with CPA you got to worry about which country user is from and lot more work.

Ive attached picture of account dashboard to show waht i mean.

Numerous people have said different things.

I want help to get my CPC bcak up to £0.08
