I am in conversation with a developer to buy his mobile app. Does anyone know which metrics to consider when doing this? Also, if you know of a guide or resource to look at I would appreciate that. Thanks!! |

First of all, do you know development yourself or have anyone you can use for that? If not, you would want to include in the agreement support for bug fixes, and potentially new versions of the app. There are always bugs that appear, and the last thing you want to do is to spend money on something you can't fix. Other than that, I would look at: 1. Number of downloads 2. Trending curve for downloads (is it growing?) 3. Current users 4. Daily/weekly users 5. Is the app revenue producing? 6. How is the app monetized? 7. App store reviews This is not necessarily all the factors that play into your decision, but it should give you a pretty good indicator. |

You should consult to any expert developer about this or you may also take advice to any web developer.

saw your site and i have few questions: 1. so when you say "you review"...do you do it manually? and not a bot? 2. since your offer is just for review....install/test/play, so this is a one off thing and traffic will just be short lived.. 3. "10 seeds is free"..so how much it cost for 1000, 10,000, 100,000? 4. are all of these are legitimate users/reviews? thanks vwarf | |
