I loved this show. 9 new episodes directed by David Lynch and written by Lynch and Mark Frost.

The network released a cryptic "special 'TWIN PEAKS' announcement" on YouTube to confirm the news. The airing of new "Twin Peaks" episodes will coincide with the 25th anniversary of the show's two-year run on ABC.

As much as I loved the show, I think its time has passed. Clearly none of the old cast members are going to come back and even if they did, for what purpose? The only thing left hanging was what happened to the agent as it appeared that "Bob" took over his body in the last scene. I don't know what Kyle M is doing these days but I doubt he'd want to return.

Either way, I want to remember the show as it was, something quirky that was a once in a lifetime event.

Whatever they come up with can't possibly be as good and I see no point in trying other than to try to squeeze a few more bucks out of a cult classic.

TLDR - I have no intention of watching it. Dancing midget or not.

Sherilyn Fenn today. She's been on Ray Donavan this season.
