How I lost almost 10 pounds in only 10 days without exercise?

It's been a while since I've contributed here on the Warrior Forum. Ok anyways, I want to share something here guys.

Being overweight is not healthy, and it may lead you to severe complications like hypertension and type II diabetes. This is why I wanna share to you how I lose 9.4 lbs. in just 10 days. During the day I checked myself to a nutritionist, I noticed that my condition was alarming. I am so overweight, and my visceral fat is so high. Due to my condition, I have decided to lose some pounds by entering into a healthy weight loss program.

I am taking a high quality science-based weight loss protein shake that corrects my cravings, metabolism and may let me lose weight in a healthy way. I entered their program for 10 days, and so far here's my experience.

1st 5 Days: 3x a day protein shake + 3x a day science-based optimal health tablets + 2x a day science-based tablet to sustain immune system + 2x a day fruits/vegetables + plenty of water + 20 minutes walking/day

This is my hardest experience ever due to cravings. In my 1st 3 days, I experience a little bit of nausea and weakness in my body due to its diet adjustments, I just drink plenty of water and eat some banana. Until on the fourth and fifth day, I regained my energy and continue to work normally on my gigs. During this time, I lost 6 lbs. in 5 days naturally.

Next 5 Days: 2x a day protein shake + 3x a day science-based optimal health tablets + 2x a day science-based tablet to sustain immune system + 2x a day fruits/vegetables + low glycemic dinner + plenty of water + 20 minutes walking/day

I keep my discipline and commitment into this program for the next 5 days. For a low glycemic meal, I just eat either skinless grilled chicken breast or boneless fish without rice and bread. During this time, I lost 3.4 lbs. in 5 days naturally.

Overall, I lost 9.4 lbs. in just 10 days!

Here's my before and after picture below. I tell you, the results are real. This is all what I'm going to share my real weight loss experience, and I hope this may be an inspiration to you and to your friends.

    I don't think losing so much weight all of a sudden is healthy, but that's just me.

    To lose weight you need a caloric deficit.
    Use up more calories than you take in daily. Simple.

    Easiest way is to reduce carbs.

      I know your concern, but in order for you to start losing weight like my own experience, your immune system should be strong. I also take a tablet that can sustain my immune system while in this program. But if you are not sure about your immune system, the safest way is to do this:

      Day 1 to 5: 1x a day protein shake + 3x a day science-based high quality tablets for optimal health + 2x a day science-based high quality tablet to sustain immune system + low glycemic lunch, dinner and snack + fruits/vegetables + plenty of water + 20 minutes walking/day.

      Day 6 to 10: 2x a day protein shake + 3x a day science-based high quality tablets for optimal health + 2x a day science-based high quality tablet to sustain immune system + low glycemic snack and dinner + fruits/vegetables + plenty of water + 20 minutes walking/day.

      Day 11 to 15: 3x a day protein shake + 3x a day science-based high quality tablets for optimal health + 2x a day science-based high quality tablet to sustain immune system + fruits/vegetables + plenty of water + 20 minutes walking/day.

      Day 16 to 20: 2x a day protein shake + 3x a day science-based high quality tablets for optimal health + 2x a day science-based high quality tablet to sustain immune system + low glycemic snack and dinner + fruits/vegetables + plenty of water + 20 minutes walking/day.

      Day 21 and so on: 1x a day protein shake + 3x a day science-based high quality tablets for optimal health + 2x a day science-based high quality tablet to sustain immune system + low glycemic lunch, dinner and snack + fruits/vegetables + plenty of water + 20 minutes walking/day.

      Best of all, no weight rebound! Even if I stop this, I'm not gaining my weight back so easily.

      Thank you for lovin' it. Actually I do agree with that, but it may take longer than you expected and needs a lot of exercise. Avoid salty foods and taking too much carbohydrates in a day. Energy out should be more than energy in.

      As a result of the healthy weight loss program, I don't feel hungry so often due that my cravings are corrected. My friends are also inspired, and they even started doing the same thing as me.
