How I lost almost 10 pounds in only 10 days without exercise?
It's been a while since I've contributed here on the Warrior Forum. Ok anyways, I want to share something here guys.
Being overweight is not healthy, and it may lead you to severe complications like hypertension and type II diabetes. This is why I wanna share to you how I lose 9.4 lbs. in just 10 days. During the day I checked myself to a nutritionist, I noticed that my condition was alarming. I am so overweight, and my visceral fat is so high. Due to my condition, I have decided to lose some pounds by entering into a healthy weight loss program.
I am taking a high quality science-based weight loss protein shake that corrects my cravings, metabolism and may let me lose weight in a healthy way. I entered their program for 10 days, and so far here's my experience.
1st 5 Days: 3x a day protein shake + 3x a day science-based optimal health tablets + 2x a day science-based tablet to sustain immune system + 2x a day fruits/vegetables + plenty of water + 20 minutes walking/day
This is my hardest experience ever due to cravings. I keep my discipline and commitment into this program for the next 5 days. For a low glycemic meal, I just eat either skinless grilled chicken breast or boneless fish without rice and bread. During this time, I lost 3.4 lbs. in 5 days naturally.
Overall, I lost 9.4 lbs. in just 10 days!
