Hello my fellow Warriors,

Greetings from Australia!

Just recently joined here thought I would check in and make my presence known!

The idea of internet marketing is something I have always found interesting but never really taken any action to do anything about it.. time to take ownership and responsibility and make it happen!

Any suggestions, tips or advice is most welcome

Look forward to speaking with you all

Thanks,

Paul Maguire

    Welcome Paul

Take action would be my advice, but you already say that you are going to this in your post.

I would also read marketing blogs and books on a daily basis and never stop learning.

You could also join the War Room which has some good reports to get you started and the WSO section has some good stuff on occasions.

    Good day Paul,

Welcome to the warrior forum. To be successful you have to have clarity on what you would deem acceptable. You need to find a method that your Interested in and then learn about it, understand how it works and positive and negative points about it. Research potential opportunities and set realistic goals. Now you will probably read that many people fail because they have underestimated how much there is to learn and find themselves stuck at first base. To overcome this you need to set yourself deadlines and stick to them. Once you learnt about a method, then there no real secret other than applying what you learnt into action.

    Are ypu action taker?

To keep yourself focused you need to have developed a strong action plan and also stick to it, however with that said many successful people are people who are adaptable. So what works one day may not work another. Stay ahead of the game and look to have flexibility in your technique.

The last piece of advice is to talk about your dream scenario to people who it will impact if it indeed become reality because your more than likely follow through with your plan.

Any questions you may have please don't hesitate to get in touch.

    Good luck

    Owen

A punching bag, and pub address are the first things to get. And a minbar wouldn't hurt. Unless you use Apple then a lot of money is a good idea!

Thanks Blueclcl, knowledge is key that's for sure... but then again what is knowledge without experience.. hence why I'm going to take action once i have the basics under my belt.

PC!!!! You definitely need the pub address then, and possibly the minibar?

And maybe a rubber Laptop mockup, so when the day comes when you want to make your Laptop airborne, (explains why they call the aerodynamic ones, Air....air, airborne) then you won't go for the real one!

As an example l just spent the last few days, trying to get my Norton autofill to play ball with the firefox browser.

Assuming that version 30.0 was the latest and endless updates would fix it, it never did, (fantasizing about flinging) then today l realised that there was a version 33.0. So l updated again, and it all works! Grrrrrrr!

The damn thing updated automatically to version 30.0 by itself, after stuffing up my beautiful fluffy b.....ahem, tropical skin template.

But putting the fact that Windows based systems are evil, and Apple are for rich people that don't get that they might look nice but suck memory wise, they can still make money!

And l am sure that if you have a large bottle of Jack Daniels on standby in a "Break in case of an Emergency" case, that you will go far, well....at least as far as the nearest pub!

My ultimate internet goal is to go sit under a palm tree overlooking the ocean, and know that l am a bonafide smartarse!

With a bottle of Jack Daniels of course!!!

      And some tranquilizers!!!

        Hi Paul

        Welcome to the forum!

My tips are to market a niche your are passionate about, take consistent long term action, invest a percentage of your time in continually learning & find a successful mentor to model.

Good luck on your IM journey.

        Cheers
        Barry
