All I can say is WOWW !!

These girls got Talent. A lot of just plain natural ability to be able to pick something up like that.

My youngest 4 year old daughter wants a Trap Set for Christmas. I will have to show her this tonight

I like how the bass player is channeling John Entwistle - sort of stoic.

    *****************************

This video isolates the Entwistle's bass from Won't Get Fooled Again.

Trivia: Entwistle was the only member of the band who ever had formal music training.

    Good instrumental work, horrible singing.
I can't even listen to it. (But I really, really wanted to!)

Technically, she's actually got a better voice than Hetfield.

Actually, this is not bad for a young girl of her age doing a Hetfield rendition.

    Coolness.
I love all women who love metal, even soft metal like Metallica.
    Speaking of females covering them:

Here is a girl rocking the hell out of the song that made me fall in love with metal:

And here another covering my absolute favorite song of all time:

Yeah, we had a thread on this girl over here:

Viktoriya Yermolyeva is rocking out later in the thread...

      Cheers

I was wondering where I got that video bookmarked from

But yeah, it's amazing how Metallica speaks so strongly
to so many people across the entire planet.

Although, these days the best metal definitely comes out
        of Iceland and neighboring countries.

Yeah, no doubt...and for sure Iceland, Finland, and the Scandinavian countries (and some others in that region) play some sweet metal. In-fact that area of the world has more metal bands per capita than any other area on earth.

That said, I already have my tickets for Slipnot and Korn in November, Korn again December, and then 2Cellos in February so I still need to book in a good metal show for the wife and I in January. Even though 2Cellos may not be traditional metal by any stretch of the imagination --> I think they may be able take Apocalyptica in a battle of the bands with half the number of cellos.

On a lighter note, tickets for the Foo Fighters playing Wrigley Field next August go on sale Monday.

          Cheers

    Indeed.
    Yeah I love 2Cellos.
Not sure about the comparison yet,
but they definitely have some serious energy in their favor!

Speaking of Apocalyptica and Metallica in the same thread,
their video of Nothing Else Matters was pure genius.

Actually, I'm kicking myself for missing Wacken Open Air 2013...
I'm so completely in-love with Flor Jansen,
Her final scream in Ghost Love Score
tears my heart asunder every damn time.

And, I read that Tuomas stated the next album
    "...will set your blood aflame..."
