Hello,

Hope all are well. I am new to WF. I am not sure this is the right place of this post. Im sorry if its in wrong place.

I want to know about LLC Licence. Please Help me to know about it.

1. How to issue a LLC Licence ?
2. Non US can own it ? If, What is the Process & Cost ?
3. What will be the VAT/Tax if any one earn 10k a month?
4. Major Advantage ?
5. Disadvantage (if any ) ?

    It isn't a license. It is basically just a document of registration. Specifics vary depending on STATE, etc...

    YEP. Process varies depending on state, and laws are subject to the state.

    I BELIEVE it is generally based on yearly or quarterly assets. AGAIN, specifics vary.

    4. Major Advantage ?
    Lower liability

    5. Disadvantage (if any ) ?
    Things DO get a little bit more complicated.

    BTW the LLC is akin to a corporation, but it does not replace any other document/license.
