Can We Help Out A Fellow Warrior?
I think once he sees this thread he'll know who he is and if he just stays out of it and let's us offer suggestions we can keep it from being self promotional.
In a nutshell, a fellow warrior is getting into Voice Over work and needs help with making his demo reels sound better.
Now obviously nothing can be done about his actual voice. He either has a good one or he doesn't, But, lots of things can be done as far as how it's recorded.
I've given him a few suggestions but VO work itself isn't my specialty so maybe there are some Warriors here more familiar with it and they can give him some suggestions on how to get better demo recordings to make for prospective employers.
Let's see if we can't help a fellow Warrior break into the biz.
